Give vendors access to their accounts
Vendors can see their own sales, agreement, statements and recorded payments through a private sign-in link.
For the shop owner
- Open Vendor portal in Tillgrove.
- Confirm the vendor's email address and enable access.
- Send the sign-in email. The vendor opens the link and selects Open my account.
Send invitations when you are ready. Adding a vendor during setup does not automatically email them. If their email address changes, update it and send a new invitation. You can revoke access from the same screen.
- Current balanceTotal, held earnings and the amount available to pay.
- Sales and refundsTheir own item activity and earned share.
- StatementsIssued statements they can download.
- Your agreement with the shopTheir share, fees, holds, minimums and payment history.
For the vendor
Use the link sent to your email address. It works once and expires 30 minutes after it was requested. Keep it private; anyone with an unused link could open your account.
If the link has expired or was already used, request a fresh link from the vendor access page. If access has been turned off or your email is incorrect, contact the shop owner.
Who handles payment questions?
The shop decides the agreement and pays you. Contact the shop owner about your rate, fees, balance or a missing payment. The payment history lists payments the shop has recorded; Tillgrove does not send those funds.
For trouble opening your account, contact Tillgrove support.
Need a hand?
